8 lbs and 11oz of LOVE

We didn't have a name for our little boy when we left for the hospital early Saturday morning.
Nor did we remember our camera.
Nor did J remember to bring an extra set of clothes for himself to change into.
Nor were my legs shaved/toenails painted nice for my delivery like I had planned.

But after all was said and done, none of that seemed to matter.

Because we got HIM.

And he is perfect.

Grammy and Grandpa Bret ended up bringing us our camera...(and a couple of cute girls to visit us in the hospital)

And we eventually settled on a name.
My legs eventually got shaved and toenails painted.



But J never did get his change of clothes...

So we sat together in our funk for 2 1/2 days.

And fell in love with our little man.

With a cute birthmark on his right butt cheek.

Mother's Day 2011 (May 8)

We're home from the hospital today and are feeling like the luckiest 4 people alive.
Thank you so much for all of your love and support over the past few days and weeks.
